Introduction & Services
JetLuxSearch operates as a marketing platform and an affiliate partner for private aviation services. We are not an air carrier (direct or indirect) and we do not own, maintain, or operate any aircraft.
Our role is strictly limited to connecting users with third-party charter brokers and operators (including but not limited to Villiers Jets and PrivateJetFinder) who are responsible for the fulfillment of all flight services.
No Booking or Contractual Relationship
When you request a quote or book a flight through JetLuxSearch:
- The Contract: Your contract for air charter services is directly between you (the Charterer) and the third-party operator or broker. JetLuxSearch is not a party to this contract.
- Payment: All payments are processed directly by the third-party provider. JetLuxSearch does not handle, process, or store credit card information for flight bookings.
- Liability: JetLuxSearch disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or cancellation arising from the services provided by third-party operators.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, JetLuxSearch and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on JetLuxSearch. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from JetLuxSearch for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from JetLuxSearch.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from JetLuxSearch.
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from JetLuxSearch.

User Content & Conduct
